Terms and Conditions of Use of Performance Marketing Group, Inc. Website Listing Reviews

This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Performance Marketing Group, Inc., an Ohio corporation (“Performance Marketing Group”), which may be contacted at 23420 Lorain Rd. #6, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. By purchasing a website listing review from our web site, currently located at www.pcorpdirectories.com (the “Site”), and using any of the Services (as defined below) accessible through this Site, you become a user and agree to, and are bound by, the terms and conditions of this Agreement for as long as you continue to use the Site or Services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES. Your use of, or participation in, certain Services may be subject to additional terms, and such terms will be either listed in this Agreement or will be presented to you for your acceptance when you sign up to use such Services.

This service is an INTANGIBLE GOOD and nothing will be physically shipped to you.

Payment terms

Website reviews cost a one time payment of $19.99 and are to be paid in full prior to work beginning.  This is a one-time non-recurring payment.  We accept payments through PayPal, MasterCard, Google Checkout, and Visa.

Cancellation/Refund 

If your website is not accepted for review you will receive a full refund of payment amount.  If you are unhappy with your listing service, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund.

Delivery Time

All website reviews will be delivered within 24 hours of payment. Bulk Submission completion times may vary, but are typically delivered within 3 business days (Monday- Friday). Listing modification requests made 30 days after original purchase date will be subject to a $10.00 fee.

Minimum Website Criteria -All web sites submitted must meet the following minimum criteria:

• If the site is a commercial web site, the official business name must be visible to any visitor to that site
• The site must clearly define its purpose, products, and/or services
• The site must not contain any parts under construction
• All links on the site must function properly
• The site must be in the English language (or contain an English version)
• The website must not contain illegal content
  
• The site must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• The site must not be dedicated to directing the user to another page
• The page may not use cloaking to give search engines different content than what the end-user sees

Editors reserve the right to modify listing details at their discretion.

Privacy

Unless required by law, no personal information from Performance Marketing Group clients will ever be shared with third parties, unless this is the direct wish of said client.
